Mr. Todd Moyo was appointed as the chairman of PPC Zimbabwe in April 2011 and a board member of PPC Limited in RSA in November 2013. He is a Chartered Accountant by profession being a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAZ) and a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA). He graduated from the University of Zimbabwe and has done a number of executive development programmes at the University of Cape Town and other development institutions.
He is currently the Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of a pharmaceutical company Datlabs (Private) Limited and also a non-Executive Chairman of National Foods Holdings. He is and has been a director of several listed and unlisted companies as well as other social boards in the health, environment and education sectors. He has participated in a number of professional and industrial associations and brings a lot of business, financial and industrial experience from within and outside Zimbabwe.
Mr Themba Sibanda was appointed to the PPC Zimbabwe Board in February 2012. He is senior partner at a long established Bulawayo audit firm Schmulian and Sibanda, and is presently a Director of a number of leading Zimbabwean firms including Delta Corporation Ltd, Innscor Africa Ltd. Edgars Stores Zimbabwe Ltd, Phoenix Consolidated Industries Ltd and Padenga Holdings Ltd. He graduated from the University of Rhodesia and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Zimbabwe. He brings to the Board many years of experience in the financial and corporate field within Zimbabwe
Mr Sternford Moyo was appointed as a non-executive director to the board in 2010.
He holds an LLB from the University of Zimbabwe. He is the Senior Partner of one of Zimbabwe's oldest legal practices and serves on a number of ZSE listed company boards. He is highly respected locally and is a Council member of the International Bar Association. The board believes that the qualifications and experience of Mr Moyo will add significantly to the skills and expertise of the board.
Mrs Tandiwe Nkomo-Ebrahim was appointed to the Board in July 2014, and represents the National Indigenisation and Economic Empowerment Board (NIEEB).
She has a Masters in Social Work, University of British Columbia, specializing in Community Development Planning. A Masters in International Affairs, Columbia University, New York and a Masters in Urban Planning, Columbia University, New York. Specializing in planning for developing countries.
Mr Kelibone Masiyane is a holder of an Honours Degree in Applied Physics and an MBA both from NUST. His first contact with PPC started as an attachment student in 1993; he then joined PPC Zimbabwe officially in December 1994 after completion of his first degree as a Trainee Electrical Engineer. He rose through the ranks and became an Assistant Electrical Engineer, Systems Engineer, Production Superintendent, Production Manager, General Manager of Colleen Bawn Plant and General Manager for both Colleen Bawn & Bulawayo Factories. In Feb 2016 he was appointed Managing Director of PPC Zimbabwe Limited.
Mrs Karen Mhazo is a Chartered Accountant (Zimbabwe). She completed her articles of clerkship in 2009 with Deloitte and Touche, an internationally established “Big Four” accounting and auditing firm, where she rose to the position of audit supervisor before moving to PPC Zimbabwe Limited (“PPCZ”) in August 2010.
She commenced her career at PPCZ as a Financial Accountant. She was then promoted to the position of Financial Controller in November 2014 while at the same time she was appointed Head of Department of Finance. In February 2016 she was promoted to the position of General Manager-Finance, a position she held until February 2018 when she was appointed Finance Director.
She served as the Chairlady of the PPCZ women’s forum from June 2013-July 2015.
Mr Mokate Ramafoko, a Chemist by profession with over 23 years of experience and expertise in cement manufacturing, quality assurance and cement process optimisation. He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and a BSc (Hons) in Metallurgy
He has held various positions within the PPC group as well as Holcim (now Afrisam) and across various divisions.
Currently he is the Managing Director of the International Division at PPC Ltd wherein he oversees and provides strategic direction to all the various international businesses that PPC has majority shares in namely; PPC Zimbabwe, CIMERWA Ltd in Rwanda, PPC Barnet in DRC and HABESHA CEMENT SHARE COMPANY in Ethiopia
He was appointed non-executive Director of PPC Zimbabwe in February 2018.
